Well, see – that’s the problem.  I already am the tech contact.  And we’ve been using their login for the Roku’s ESPN app and History Channel, etc.  They are wanting to trim that outrageous bill down.  It’s either fix this now, or move them to the old folks home and eat up that tiny inheritance.  LOL.  And I’m scared to ask what THAT box is!!
